Chief Executive Officer

Veronica Jeans has combined experiences in financing, recruiting, and consulting globally within the energy, oil & gas industry.

She believes in forming a strong beneficial partnership with her clients and has owned several companies around the world from a construction & design company in South Africa to assisting foreign recruiting companies in The Netherlands.

In the US, Veronica has assisted foreign companies in establishing a market and a physical location while maintaining her offices overseas. Topflyt has expanded and now adds Topflyt Staffing and Consulting to assist their clients globally.

Throughout her career Veronica has collected certifications In South Africa, she excelled as an Architectural Designer & Civil Engineering and iIn the US she obtained her Microsoft certification as a MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer). Veronica believes knowledge is a necessary tool for any business owner to assist their clients to the best of their ability.

She is a member NAPS (National Association of Personnel Services), CEO Roundtable at Greater Houston Partnership, Women Contractors Association, Association of Financial Consultants, Houston Strategic Forum, Women Business Enterprise National Council and Women's Business Enterprise Alliance.

Veronica supports and volunteers for the Future Business Leaders of America and optimizes her contacts in the business world to become more involved with students through workshops both locally and statewide.

Chief Operating Officer

Before co-founding Topflyt Staffing, LLC, Tonja Pyle established herself as an executive having worked for numerous years as a small business owner, finance officer, and advisor to numerous businesses in the small to midsized markets. Along with her extensive background in the business world, Tonja spent over 18 years assisting several prominent Texas attorneys as a paralegal and office manager handling the day-to-day operations of several large volume legal offices.

As the Chief Operating Officer, Tonja’s strong organization, project and task execution skills aide her in managing the day-to-day operations of Topflyt, streamlining operations of the internal operation and ensuring that they align with the business objectives of Topflyt. As a part of her role within the organization, Tonja develops and implements the structure and processes necessary to manage the organization’s current activities and its projected growth, is responsible for overseeing all accounting functions, including the recording, accumulating, reporting, interpreting and projecting of financial and accounting transactions. In addition, Tonja represents the company at various community and business meetings promoting both the Topflyt and its services. Her vision, knowledge, experience and commitment to the Topflyt staff and clients results in providing you the strategic advantage you need in today’s market!

Tonja obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Texas Tech University. Tonja is a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants, National Federation of paralegal Associates, and Houston Paralegal Association. She is also actively involved as a USAA Summer Track Coach and is a Youth Counsel Board Member for the Bay Harbour United Methodist Church.
