HIREVUE™ is a web-based application that gives employers the opportunity to see, hear and critique unrehearsed, recorded video clips of candidates answering questions that the employer wants answered without devoting the time, money, or resources associated with in-person interviews.
HIREVUE™ dramatically cuts the costs of interviewing by allowing companies to design interviews that can be taken by candidates via a USB Webcam, either in their office, on a college campus or in their own home worldwide.
The interview is completely standardized as all candidates are asked the same questions. Consistency in evaluation is encouraged through an evaluation matrix, rating, and/or comment section. Since interviews taken by candidates are recorded into the HIREVUE™ system, an interviewer can evaluate an interview any time, any place.
